The Happiest Moment of My New Life...

Dinner was magical.
Candlelit with a bottle of wine.

Jeff told so many jokes.
He made me smile.


Its' been a while since I felt like a woman.
All I was for nine years was a servant of the master.


Tonight, I was another girl on the town. 
With the man I loved leading me to the dance floor.

Our bodies touched, the lights revolving around us.
The music blaring in our ears.


We took a moonlight stroll through the park.
He put his coat around me was we walked through the cold night.


And, he asked me out.
And I accepted.


We shared our first kiss under the streetlamps.
It was as though a shower of fireworks burst between our lips.


I began to cry, and he held me.
Just like I held him, all those months ago.


And now, as I sit here, watching him sleep.
He is now the only thing in my life that matters.
The boy who opened up to a Hallowed.
And filled her spirit again.


I realize, that I truly love Jeff.
And he...he loves me.
